From playing in bands myself, to working on the campus organization to bring shows to my college, to working at First Avenue in Minneapolis, making art for bands, be it posters, shirts, album covers, stickers, or anything else, has long been a passion of mine. Creating graphics to pair with a the sound of a specific band provides a unique challenge to stretch my skills and experiment with new styles. I credit much of my diverse, jack-of-all-trades illustration and design abilities to the many projects I’ve done within the music community.

Cheap Old Houses
This band t-shirt wasn’t actually designed for a band, it is new merch for the Discovery+ TV show Cheap Old Houses. Made to look like a classic metal band tour shirt, highlighting the crew’s gritty spirit and devotion to the magic of old homes, the front illustration features a full-moon reflected in the “wavy glass” (a common reference on the show) of an antique window, and the back lists the location of every tour date and the iconic blue truck of show co-host Ethan Finkelstein.
